Refund & Returns Policy

Perishable Goods: Many of our products are perishable meat items. For health and safety, returns are limited and strict timeframes apply.
1) Eligibility
- Please inspect your order upon delivery/collection. If there is an issue (wrong item, missing item, quality concern), notify us within 24 hours with your order number and photos where possible.
- Items must be kept refrigerated or frozen as appropriate from the time of delivery/collection.
2) What We Can Do
- Replacement of the affected item(s) or
- Partial/Full Refund to your original payment method, depending on the nature of the issue.
3) Exceptions (Non‑returnable items)
- Perishable items returned outside the 24‑hour window or not stored correctly.
- Custom cuts or special orders that cannot be resold.
- Items not in their original condition due to misuse or mishandling.
4) How to Start a Return
Use our Contact Us form with your order number, photos (if relevant), and a description of the issue. We’ll respond with next steps.
5) Legal
This policy is subject to the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and other applicable South African laws. Your statutory rights are not affected.
